Alpe Pragas Rosehip Compote is produced in the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amongst the woods and mountains of Braies, where the fruit is carefully selected and processed by a family-run business that has been operating since 1997.
It contains 75% rosehip purée, made from fruit harvested in late autumn and finely strained.Free from colourings and preservatives, it has a pleasantly sweet-and-sour taste.
Rosehip is also known for the high vitamin C content of its fruits, which naturally contain vitamins A, B1 and B2, as well as minerals.
