This Chili Pepper Salami, a speciality from Il Buongustaio, is a matured cured meat made with pork and concentrated hot chilli pepper of Italian origin.
The chilli pepper adds a warm, appetising note to the savoury flavour of the meat, creating a salami with a full-bodied, tantalising taste that sets it apart from more traditional versions.
It is particularly suitable for starters, charcuterie platters and aperitifs.
