This Donkey Salami, a speciality from Il Buongustaio, is a matured cured meat made with donkey and pork.
The combination of the two meats, complemented by natural flavourings and spices, gives the product an intense and distinctive flavour.It is particularly suitable for starters, charcuterie platters and aperitifs.

Served in slices, it is ideal for starters, platters and aperitifs, accompanied by bread, breadsticks, cheeses and pickled vegetables.It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches and focaccia, or served on slightly warm toast.
