This Fennel Salami, a speciality from Il Buongustaio, is a matured cured meat made with pork and wild fennel seeds of Italian origin.
The recipe is enriched with 2% wild fennel seeds, which give the meat its unmistakable aroma and an intense, aromatic flavour.It is particularly suitable for starters, platters and aperitifs.

Served in slices, it is ideal for starters, platters and aperitifs, accompanied by bread, breadsticks, cheeses and pickled vegetables.It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches and focaccia, or served on slightly warm toast.
