Le Rive’s Spumante Rosé Brut is made from a blend of Glera and Raboso grapes grown in the estate’s vineyards in Veneto.

The grapes are harvested in mid-September and gently pressed.
Following the first fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in a pressure tank using the Martinotti method, the process that allows the characteristic effervescence to develop.

The result is a fresh and fruity rosé sparkling wine, with fine, persistent bubbles and a pleasant, versatile profile, suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes.

Alcohol content: 11% vol.
