β€œTra Donne Sole” (Among Lonely Women) is a Piedmontese white wine produced by Vite Colte from Sauvignon grapes.

Its name pays homage to the novel of the same name by Cesare Pavese and forms part of the winery’s project dedicated to the writer’s works.

The grapes come from vineyards situated in two areas characterised by different ripening times.

Some are harvested slightly earlier to preserve the acidity and varietal aromas of the Sauvignon; the others are left to ripen further, contributing greater extractive richness and tropical fruit aromas.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests and settles on its lees at a low temperature for several months.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
