The Parmigiano Reggiano PDO enriches the flavour of the meat with its intense and distinctive taste, clearly recognisable in every slice.The curing process rounds off the result and makes this salami particularly suitable for starters, charcuterie platters and aperitifs.

Served in slices, it is ideal for starters, platters and aperitifs, accompanied by bread, breadsticks, cheeses and pickled vegetables.It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches and focaccia, or served on slightly warm toast.
