Vite Colte’s La Bella Estate (“the beautiful summer”) is a Piedmont Moscato Passito DOC produced from white Moscato grapes.
The name pays homage to the novel of the same name by Cesare Pavese, a Piedmontese writer to whom Vite Colte dedicates several of its wines.
After harvesting, the grapes are placed in crates and transferred to the drying room to dry.In this way, they lose some of their water content and naturally concentrate their sugars, fragrances and aromas.
Once the drying process is complete, the grapes are pressed and the must ferments for around ten days at a controlled temperature.The wine is then left to rest for 12 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.

• COLOUR: intense golden yellow.• NOSE: intense and aromatic, with the typical aroma of Moscato accompanied by notes of honey and candied fruit.• TASTE: sweet, rich and fruity, with notes of ripe apple and baked apple, honey and candied fruit.

La Bella Estate is particularly well suited to desserts, biscuits and dry pastries.It can also be paired with strong-flavoured cheeses, creating a pleasant contrast between the wine’s sweetness and the cheese’s savoury notes.Thanks to its aromatic intensity and rich palate, it is also enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine, to be savoured slowly at the end of a meal.

This is a passito wine that can be kept for several years if stored under the correct conditions.Keep the bottle away from light and temperature fluctuations, in a cool environment with a stable temperature.
