Organic Acacia Honey produced by a small artisanal Piedmontese business situated on the shores of the romantic Lake Orta.Light golden in colour and almost transparent, it is characterised by its naturally liquid consistency and very slow crystallisation.On the palate, it is sweet and delicate, with subtle notes of vanilla, confectionery and sweet almond; a smooth and unobtrusive flavour profile, also suitable for those who prefer honeys with a gentler taste.
This local speciality is available in two sizes: a 1 kg jar or a 500 g jar.
Ideal for sweetening tea, herbal teas, milk and hot drinks instead of sugar.In the kitchen, it’s perfect for cake, biscuit, loaf and pancake mixtures, as well as for serving with yoghurt and fresh fruit, and for candying fruit and vegetables.It’s also worth trying with fresh or semi-mature cheeses, such as robiola, goat’s cheese or tome, alongside walnuts or hazelnuts.
